Ningdu Punica Cosmetics Co., Ltd., founded in Guangzhou in the year of 2013, firstly it mainly produced raw materials of latex free and facial puffs .With efforts made by the whole team, Punica succeeded in producing Rubycell and became the supplier of raw material of those factories and trading companies who were doing business with luxury brands from Europe and East Asia.
Punica relocated in Ningdu County of Jiangxi Province in 2020. Until now Punica already has years of experiences producing makeup puff, blenders - of Latex Free and Rubycell material.
